EOT VOIP ONE PHONE FEATURES - INSTRUCTION GUIDE

Accessing voice mail : Feature setup with service

The voice mail access number is 212 796 7575. Call this number to setup your voice mail options and retrieve messages. (Voice mail box has to be setup with the service) Default password is your Telephone number.

CFV(Call forward variable): Feature has to be setup with Customer Service

  1. Pick up the phone and dial *72 , and you will hear studder dial tone
  2. Once studder dial tone is heard dial the number that you want to call forward to.
    (MAKE SURE YOU DIAL 1+ THE FORWARD TO NUMBER)

RCF (Remote Call forward): Feature has to be setup with Customer Service

This will allow you to setup call forwarding on your EOT account from another phone.

  1. Dial the EOT RCF access number – 7188018300
  2. Dial you 10 digit EOT I-Phone number
  3. Dial your PIN code
  4. Press 1 to activate call forwarding
  5. Enter the forward to number for call forwarding.
    (MAKE SURE YOU DIAL 1+ THE FORWARD TO NUMBER)

To deactivate RCF (Remote Call forward) :

  1. Dial the EOT RCF access number – 7188018300
  2. Dial the 10 digit EOT I-Phone number
  3. Dial your PIN code
  4. Press 2 to deactivate forwarding

Caller ID Blocking: Feature setup with service

This feature allows the customer to block their caller id when making an outbound call

  1. Pick up the phone and *67 and receive studder dial tone
  2. Once studder dial tone is given , dial the number you are calling

Permanent Caller ID Blocking: Feature has to be setup with Customer Service

This feature allows the customer to block their caller for all outbound calls.

Caller ID unblocking: Requires permanent call blocking enabled.

This feature allows the customer to unblock their called id on a per call basis if they have permanent call blocking enabled.
Pick up the phone and *82 and receive studder dial tone
Once studder dial tone is given, dial the number you are calling

ACR (Anonymous call rejection): Feature has to be setup with Customer Service

This feature allows the customer to block incoming calls that are marked private

To activate Dial *77

To deactivate Dial *87

CFBL (Call forwarding busy line): Feature setup with service

This feature allows the subscriber to forward calls to another destination when the line is in use,
Forwards to Voicemail by default 212-796-7575.

To activate

  1. Dial *68
  2. Dial the forward to number after the prompt

To deactivate

  1. Dial *88

CFDA (Call forwarding don’t answer): Feature setup with service

This feature allows the subscriber to forward calls to another destination if there is no answer.
Forwards to Voicemail by default after 6 rings, Forwards to Voicemail by default 212-796-7575.

To activate

  1. Dial *92
  2. Dial the forward to number after the prompt

To deactivate

  1. Dial *93

TWC (Three way calling): Feature setup with service on line 1

This feature allows a three way conversation

  1. Dial or receive the first call
  2. Press flash hook to receive second dial tone (this will put the first person on hold)
  3. Dial the third party
  4. Once the third part answers press the flash hook again to bridge all three parties together

CW (Call waiting): Feature setup with service on line 1

Press the flash button to put the original party on hold to answer the second call

Speed Dialing 30 (SPD30): Feature has to be setup with Customer Service

Speed Dialing 30 provides the subscriber with 30 speed dialing numbers. Once subscribed, the speed dialed numbers can be entered by the Switch Administrator or the subscriber.

If you want to enter or edit the speed dial numbers, click the Modify button next to Speed Dialing 30 List.

Access code: *75. The subscriber enters (or changes) a number by dialing the activation code, waiting for the prompt, and dialing the speed code (20 - 49), the number to be dialed followed by #.

Deactivation code: not required

To use speed dial, the subscriber dials the code (20 - 49) followed by #.
Speed Dialing 8 (SPD8) Feature has to be setup with Customer Service
Speed Dialing 8 provides the subscriber with eight speed dialing numbers. Once subscribed, the speed dialed numbers can be entered by the Switch Administrator or the subscriber.

If you want to enter or edit the speed dial numbers, click the Modify button next to Speed Dialing 8 List.

Access code: *74. The subscriber enters (or changes) a number by dialing the activation code and waiting for the prompt.
